Our venue comfortably hosts celebrations for up to 200 guests, while larger events of up to 300 people can be accommodated by extending the celebration onto the beach with dedicated structures.

Every celebration is different. Rather than setting a minimum number of guests, we prefer to understand the type of event you are planning so we can recommend the most suitable solution.
How many guests can you accommodate?
Our venue comfortably hosts celebrations for up to 200 guests.
For larger events we can accommodate up to 300 guests by extending the event spaces onto the beach.
Can the venue be hired exclusively?
Yes.
For those who would like complete privacy, the entire venue can be reserved exclusively for your celebration.
Can we customise the menu?
Absolutely.
We offer plated dining, buffet service or a combination of both, with every menu fully tailored to your preferences, your guests and your budget.
Can the decorations be personalised?
Yes.
Flowers, colours, table settings, decorations and every other detail can be customised to create the atmosphere you have imagined.
Is music and dancing allowed?
Yes.
Music and dancing are permitted in accordance with local regulations. Events may normally continue until 1:00 am, with the possibility of an extension until 2:00 am where authorised.
What happens if it rains?
Every celebration includes a carefully planned indoor alternative.
Our covered spaces allow the event to continue comfortably regardless of the weather.
Can you accommodate allergies and dietary requirements?
Yes.
Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and allergy-friendly menus can all be prepared with the same attention and care as every other dish.
Can you help guests travelling from abroad?
Certainly.
We regularly assist guests arriving from outside Ischia by recommending hotels, transfers, parking solutions and trusted local suppliers.
Do you work with photographers and videographers?
Yes.
We collaborate with experienced local photographers and videographers who know our venue well and can beautifully capture every important moment.
Can we visit the venue before booking?
Of course.
We would be delighted to welcome you to Gabbiano Beach and show you the venue. If you are unable to visit Ischia beforehand, we can also arrange a video consultation.
